A local construction company is looking for a high level administrative assistant to work in our office. This position provides administrative & clerical support to the management team which includes: answering phones, filing, copying, organizing, typing, data entry, document scanning, quality control, billings.
This position is a full time (40 hours per week) position. Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be professional & courteous
Ability to learn new processess, procedures and new software quickly
Computer proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Windows, etc.)
Must be able to multi-task, organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision
Remain calm in high stress environments
Must be able to take direction and complete projects as assigned.
Must be self motivated and work proactively
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, vehicle insurance, reliable transportation to & from work.
Preferred KSA:
AA Degree
2 years experience working as Administrative Assistant
1 year experience working for a Construction Company
