We are currently looking for an outgoing motivated person with an amazing sense of customer-service. The ideal candidate will be capable of multitasking while maintaining a positive and upbeat personality.
We are a very busy independent health facility specializing in the treatment of auto injuries. We provide physical therapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and acupuncture to our respective patients.
Job duties include: receiving, directing, and assisting with incoming phone calls; data entry; and organizing patient files in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in a professional office setting with knowledge of MS Office, efficient typing skills, and familiarity with standard computer operations.
Punctuality, dependability, and perpetual professionalism are all necessities. Multilingual is a huge plus! We look forward to meeting you. 40 plus hours a week. Must be open to flexible schedule.
