Sr. Financial Analyst

Dacra Development, a real estate and related development company in business for over 20 years, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support our growing organization. Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Financial Analyst will primarily perform cash-flow and budget analysis along with Excel-based financial modeling.
Candidates must a four-year degree in Finance and/or Accounting along with some advanced training/education and not less than three years experience in the commercial real estate industry performing sophisticated real estate analysis, modeling and reporting. Candidates must also have strong computer skills with an emphasis in use of Excel.
This is a full time position. Working hours are 9 - 6, Monday - Friday. We are located in Miami's Design District on NE 2nd Avenue, just north of the Midtown development. Visit us on the web at www.dacra.com.

We offer a starting annual salary between $52,500 - $55,000 along with an excellent benefits package after three full months of service including medical, dental, life and long term disability insurance. We also offer excellent paid time off benefits including vacation, holidays, sick days and, after one year of service, personal days. We also provide and pay for parking within one block of the office location.
