An outpatient community mental health clinic is looking for a Director of Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees, assigns, coordinates, and assists staff in providing counseling services to clients;
Responsible for interviewing, selecting, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising
Performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The person
Occupying this position will be responsible for the overall management of company's Behavioral Health departments
Which includes Mental Health program and Case Management Services.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Licensed LCSW, MFT or PhD and four years or more of clinical experience.
• Must have at least one year supervisory experience.
