Established in 1986, Boston IVF has earned a reputation in the national and regional medical communities as one of the most successful advanced fertility treatment centers in the country. We have an immediate opening for an experienced full time medical biller in our Waltham location. Responsibilities cover all aspects of medical billing for a private practice which will include but are not limited to obtaining fee tickets, charge entry, submitting electronic claims, payment posting, insurance followup and appeals, handling patient and insurance company phone calls, reviewing outstanding accounts, preparing accounts for collection and other duties as assigned. Qualifications for this position include a working knowledge of physician office procedures, referral procedures and cash posting. Medical billing experience is required and OB/GYN background is preferred. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and computer skills.
