Quality Food Service has job openings for Customer Service Representative currently at our Woodbridge and Manassas store. The ideal candidate works well and provides support to both fellow employees and customers. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Wages - $8.00 - $8.50/hr based on experience
Weekend availability required
Customer Service Desk Clerk - Grocery Store
• Responsible for assisting clients at the customer service desk within a grocery store.
• Initiates returns, resolves customer issues or escalates complaints to management as appropriate.
• Responsible for selling novelty or non-perishable items.
• Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Able to carry out simple accounting tasks required from supervisor as needed.
• Follows instruction well.
• Good time management
• Communicates well with both clients and staff
