Houston Steel Equipment seeking an intelligent, ethical Division 10 Estimator who is detail oriented with knowledge of toilet partitions and toilet accessories. General knowledge of construction industry with extensive experience reading blue prints, and good communication skills. Work duties include but are not limited to estimating, job takeoffs, inside selling, compiling bids, maintaining job folders, preparing submittals and working as a Project Manager with manufacturers and contractors. Individual must have a clean driving record, undergo background check and drug screening. Two years work experience and college degree from an accredited University preferred, or five (5) years work experience in the field. Must possess excellent problem solving/reasoning skills; and follow instructions. Very familiar with EXCEL and other MicroSoft Office products.
