We are looking for a full-time Accounting assistant for our Furniture Company located in City of Industry. We are seeking for someone that could be easy to get along with, with a great personality and a positive attitude! Candidate must have experiance with Accounting.
Requirements:
*Must be Bilingual (ENGLISH/SPANISH) read & write
*Must know basic computer skills (Microsoft word, Excel, & Power Point )
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Problem solving skills and a can-do attitude
*Charming, patient, intuitive and calm under pressure
*Quick Learner
*Reliable and dependable
Job Duties include and are not limited to:
- Pay Companies Bills
- Issue checks to different companies.
-Solve any Claims.
-Filling
-Organize and maintain files
-assist Manager for any duties she might need done.
Hours are from 9:00am- 5:30pm Monday- Friday
Starting pay $10.00 hr
