The Office Assistant should have knowledge of billing and collection practices/ techniques and be skilled in the use of computers. Must be accurate, concise and detail-oriented. The ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families and others in the organization is important; maintain confidentiality of resident information and assure resident rights are protected. Requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and one year of experience in a business office.

PURPOSE OF JOB POSITION: The primary purpose of your job position is to assist the Business Office Manger in completing specific business office duties
DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY: As the Business Office Assistant, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Filing/customer service/phone/positive attitude
